If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund you or resend replacement items. Any shipping fees are non refundable.

Please note: as indicated on the product pages mystery packs are final sale with no exceptions. No exchanges or refunds.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

Please note that we CANNOT accept for return or exchange any items that have been laundered, worn, soiled (absolutely no  hair) or embroidered. All tags and labels must remain on the returned items. All returns MUST be saleable condition. If we receive an item that is not in it's original saleble condition no monies will be refunded. No exceptions. 

We will charge a restocking fee of 15% for refunded orders valued $200 or more.

Please email us before you return your scrubs. We will assist you on return procedure and provide a return authorization number.
